It doesn’t come easy to so many people. It can be difficult, elusive… downright impossible. But it doesn’t have to be, does it.

Instead, it can be as easy as listening to a story. Allowing the outer world to fall away from your point of focus. And instead, your body begins to relax. Your breathing slows. It becomes deeper. Especially when you’re hearing breathing you can tune into.

So yes, do that.

Anytime you feel you could use a complete release. Anytime you feel like you need a refreshing experience. Yes, meditations can be refreshing! Absolutely.

However, most often, they leave you feeling a complete sense of peacefulness, appreciation, and perhaps even awe or wonder. It all depends… not so much on you… but on what you allow yourself… as you free yourself… to experience your Self.
